Aluminum floor thickness

Man, for the life of me I couldn’t remember what gauge I had a fan shop redo my floors in. I do see you may need to add some supports across your stringers. I had the going across about every 2ft or so then the foam between them that I poured then the floor. Gas tank was in the middle with its own cover. You may check that to see if it’s that thickness you need of it’s not wood.

I have an aluminum floor, if I remove a (screwed in place) access cover I can measure it, I’m pretty sure it is no more than 1/8”, and my stringers or supports are approx 12” on center with closed cell foam filling the cavity’s between them so 1/8” would be more than adequate. I re-drilled and used large head aluminum rivets to put floor back down

1/8” aluminum diamond plate. Looks great and works perfect with this boat. I did one a few years back. I wish I would have taken pictures.
