I have for sale a 1993 electric start 9.9 Johnson shortshaft outboard kicker set up for trolling in good working condition. It has been sitting winterized in my garage since 2001 and I have taken it out to run on the muffs, to check the impeller and the pump and everything works well. The compression is 98 psi in each cylinder. It comes with a metal tank, a factory service manual and older remote control box and a wooden stand that I built a few days ago. It is not a tiller. I also have the OMC kicker bracket with gas piston for sale in another post.
