Yankee Troller

Yankee @ the Oak - May 16th (Gorgeous Atlantic)

Recommended Posts

Made one last trip with friends before we kick off the 2020 charter season for the second time next weekend . Made a run to get away from the pack early this morning. Thank God for Humminbird radar!

We started 12 miles West of the harbor in 80' and it was fast and furious. We worked 60-100' most of the day. Our Cannon Optimum's fired from 40' to the bottom. Wires were firing in that 40-60' as well. That nice Atlantic Salmon came on 5 colors of FishUSA Stealthcore. Our 10 color cores were good as well. Mostly spoons for us, but A-TOM-MIK UV190 and Hammer Lime Live took fish regularly on our low divers.

We currently have two morning slots left for the summer (May 31, July 4). If anyone's interested in a charter give us a shout.

Those Atlantic's are delish! Caught one earlier this month... Butter, lemon pepper, little garlic, wrap in aluminum foil, on the grill... Muy Bueno! My teenager even liked it. Great fish brother!
