Penn Yan center console 1996

Does anyone have one of these boats that I could look at the console wiring connections or suggest an electrician near Canandaigua who could figure out connection problems?

I have a 1995 Penn Yan 223 after purchasing I completed a prelaunch electrical safety check.  That inspection revealed many loose crimps. There were so many I replaced all the electrical connections and installed 4 blade fuse panels. Good luck with yours.
