It is a bit tricky. Closed cell foam’s expansion rate depends on the temperature you work with. Check out urethane foam expansion on google.

Yes, also the weight of the foam in lbs based on density and the cubic feet you’ll need to do. Don’t let the stuff get on anything you don’t want it on. Have expansion holes when you pour. It’s a lot cleaner and easier vs filling empty voids.
