I was thinking about doing some fall musky fishing what do you guys think would be the best month/week to hit st Lawrence for those musky fish?

Haven't done any Muskie fishing but have heard from the guys who do that the last 2 weeks of the season in November are the best. Hope this helps.

Most info I've found says the late fall is your best chance to catch a giant up there. The season ends December 15th on the St. Lawrence though.

I have heard early season the snaller musky come in from the lake so chance of catching one is greater early season, later in midle nov to dec closing the chance of catching a once in a life time fish is greater....there are some great videis out on how to properly release one. I would highly recommend learning that before you catch one...the musky population got hammered some years back so every musky is precious...

Im good with catch and release ..thanks..i use to hold the record for musky 55lbs its just been awhile since i been up there for them
