I have a rookie question.  What are yo referring to inside or out?

I think they mean inside as in fishing shallow and outside as in fishing deeper water. If I am wrong someone please correct

In my mind its like this.. If its shallower than 200fow its "inside" .....if its 300+fow its "offshore". 200-300 is a grey area to me.

The Browns haven't been to the playoffs since 2002...… I sure wish they would concentrate.
