Ended up finding them through Amish Outfitters. Heres the link for the next guy looking

They (amish outfitters)charge a lot for shipping when tubes are added. There is a disclaimer on their site that says they'll refund some of shipping fees specificallywhen this happens. They did so for me when I ordered a ton of them, came via check in mail not too long after order.

Their flasher storage and worm harness storage pouches are great too.
