Has anyone had trouble trolling w lite line on Otisco Lake the past few years. It has been a while since I have fished it and didn't know if the fleas have invaded there or not. Thanks in advance to anyone that can give a little insight.

Never heard of tigers in there.Only saw and caught pures. Hit the point around he Boy Scout Camp hard. Try throwing big spinnerbaits along the weed edge as well.

Not trying to start an argument here BUT I don't agree lyk2 fish. I have caught ALOT of Walleyes from the finger lakes and I have found numerous Trout in them some upwards of 9 inches and fully recognizable. I love to fish for Walleyes and also love caching Trout. Nature has a way of taking care of itself. NYS has some wonderful fishing opportunites. If you don't like the amount of Rainbows your catching there are better fisheries in the state to go to. Finger Lakes Walleyes are alot of fun to catch and I agree they taste great. Just my 2 cents.

You can also try around Milikin Station. That is usually good fishing this time of year.

We used to cast spoons off of our dock, they followed the small spoon in, and we netted them with a smelt net. I would imagine you could go into the shallows with your boat if you don't have a dock and do the same thing. Good Luck!!
