    Capt. Joe Kyle is a US Navy Veteran serving aboard the Destroyer USS Newman K. Perry. A few years after returning home in 1975, Joe started to fish for trout and salmon on Lake Ontario. Because of his experience at sea in the Navy and his experience with boats all his life, he is a fun and safety conscious captain to fish with.

    Why do they call you “Rebel”? The name Rebel started when I was a young kid and has stuck with me over the last 30+ years as a captain on the lake. When everyone went east to fish, we would go west. If they were out deep, we were in shallow catching browns. We took a rebel approach in our adventures on the water and it has served us well and kept our time on the water interesting and fun!
