I'll get you some today, its steel not aluminum, very  hvy duty 15in tires,  right now the boat you will see on it is 22ftr. The boat itself would be a nice retro if I had the paperwork   came out of Jersey and the owner died.

I didn't read your whole post but i have 21ft bayliner trophy cuddy with a 9.9 yamaha hi thrust 4 stk.T Boat weighs in a little under 4 thousand and that 9.9 will push into the wind at 5 mph for what its worth!

if possible ask for a sea trial. I had carbs rebulilt and still had had the same problem even after chainging out all the old fuel lines, 800 billls later I was out after trying to remide the problrem. Now i own an IO. I don't think its unreasonable to ask to to have the mechanic that repaired it to run an on open water test as opposed to in a tank! trial tanks are not open water

For anyone who is looking to replace their soft top with a hardtop take a look at this site http://hardtotop.com it appears you can easily convert your bimini to a hardtop. Without taking any formal measurements yet they quoted me $700 for a 5x7 conversion.
