Indeed both triggers and Dipseys can produce. Last trip out went 3 for 4 with all hits on Dipseys...couldn't move a DR rod. Other times the Dipseys might not move. Always good to have more than presentation in the water it seems.

My thought is with the nearly infinite combination of spoons out there, all the "normal" names are taken... lol

We catch lots of browns w sticks and no weight. But last year seemed like we catch as many on sticks as other years.

Missing Fisherman Found Dead

My dad and I are regulars on LOU. Dad spent lots of time on Marks boat and likewise Mark was a regular on his boat out of Sebers. He was not with Mark on Saturday.
Marks passion was fishing the Big O and he loved it right to end. This is a devastating loss for anyone who knew Mark. He was a great guy and will always be remembered fondly. RIP.
