I agree! It is the captains choice/risk to take the long run as well as possibly being stopped and ensuring he is legal to be in the water he fishes. All strategy!

The Moor cable is not pricey and if treated properly it holds up well . Got 4 seasons on my first one and don't forget you can reverse it on the rigger spool for more life. It would be nice if the pro staff did not respond to these post.

You are fine to eat fish from Ontario. Any Mercury is located in the stomach lining from what we are told, and that doesn't get eaten. Trust me, if it wasn't healthy for you we'd have a lot of dead Pennsylvanians! When they did some testing on contaminants in the fish they ground up the whole fish and tested it. You don't eat the whole fish!

I was always under the impression that DEC tested the fillet of the salmon and MNR ground up the whole fish. I haven't looked in a while but the US side in the past has always had a higher consumption rate than the North shore. A buddy of mine had the Toronto zoo pick-up all the salmon from the Tightline Tourney last year and they were doing a independent study on the fish.

I am reluctant to sell but my daughter is getting bigger and if I have any hope of her wanting to hang out with the "old man" I need to go a bit bigger I fish regularly with 4 people(me +3) and is still very comfortable. the kicker runs on about $12 a day so she is easy on the wallet! Cruise is 26-28mph@3800rpm and WOT is 40-42mph(i dont see that very often cuz im cheap )

The problem that I am finding is on the throttle cable drum and its inability to return or throttle back. Does that make sense? With the cables removed from the drum it seems much better but that gives me no tiller controls and i want them incase of electrical problems I still have my kicker.

I am installing a troll master on a new Yamaha High Thrust 9.9. My question is, when I put on the cervo the throttle doesn't return unless the shift cable is very loose or disconnected. Did i screw up or is it normal to not have throttle control on the tiller?

Dear Vince, It is good to know that the Border Patrol is available and wants our help. Forty Terror Cells....that doesn't bother me too much because the Ontario Provincial Police do a very good job. They were checking all boat registration numbers in Bluffers Park Marina by computer in 1988! Remember that big nuke plant at OSHAWA, Ontario? Thats almost due west of Oak Orchard and the prevailing winds are out of the WEST! think about this......THE OSHAWA NUKE Plant is the largest NUKE plant in the free world. FACT, taught to every Canadian student. Around this plant live many, many fellows that hate mostly every person and Christian fellow. I do hope our Northern friends have this plant wired with every kind of defensive and offensive device. The people in the Eastern US do not have a clue of the potential danger there. I do wonder when the media will wake up on this one!

No Nuke plant in Oshawa. Second largest plant in the free world is the Bruce and its on the shores of Huron. The one you are thinking of is in pickering and its well guarded. What exactly should the media be doing about it?
