  1. I have always been a Lawrance fan until it comes to repairs and customer service. They suck! I purchased a Raymarine Dragonfly last summer it is an amazing unit. With both a Dragonfly and Hds7 on the helm, the lowrance can't even compare to the dragonfly. I'll never again buy a Lowrance.

  2. After you lower the motor to drain the hub, start the motor for no longer than a few seconds to clear any water from the impeller pump. Raise motor up and you are done. ONLY A FEW SECONDS!

  3. Bob, given a choice, go with a motor with tilt and trim. You won't regret it. The boat will plane out faster and use much less fuel. You will also be able to motor in skinny water without the danger of damaging your skeg or prop. If you decide on a Evinrude at all cost stay away from the Ficht line. They are plagued with problems. I know first hand I had a Evinrude Ficht 200hp.

Teak refinished last year, new head, new dock lines, tinted windows, marine radio, 8 speaker Blaupunkt, ipod ready stereo, microwave, coffee maker, AC/DC refrigerator. She was built as a day cruiser but could easily used as a sport fisherman. Lots of storage space. All equipment to be legal on the water is included. This is a turnkey operation!! Interested please call 716-418-4738 for more information and a viewing.
