fishing out of POH in rowboat with home-made downrigger, last fall caught and released 28" pickerel trolling off Kingston Pen, photo attached,, looking for salmon, last week saw lots of big fish jumping in channel adjacent N side Snake Island species unknown since failed to catch any, appreciate any help finding fish
