Mine is made in England, bought it locally at a fastener store. I think I paid around $75 about 15 years ago. Very nice tool.

I also would check the carb. For piece of mind I would put a carb kit and fuel pump kit in it. Carb kit will probably run $20 and you can get a fuel pump kit from NAPA (most marine dealers can't seem to find kits). The NAPA part number is 18-7823. Considering the cost (cheap) I would replace the fuel line from the hose connector to the fuel pump inlet. For less than $50 that engine should run like new.
Have fun with the fuel pump rebuild Put a scratch mark down one side of the stack so you know how to line it up.
