Yes, they have the base but they are not swivel bases.

Basically these are (2) used Unitroll HP Downriggers with dual road holders and asking 225.00 each for them. They have only been used twice. Let me know if you have any questions answered. Oh! they both have telescopic boom's. Thanks, Jeff
