  1. It is good for walleye if you like to go for throphy fish. We regularly get 12-13 lb fish. But it is a test of patience as you may only catch one on a day. We usually get some of the best action at the back of the bay near the isthmus. Usually 12-15 ft with side planners at 1.8mph. Good action at the mouth of Three Mile Bay too. Got this one being mounted now. Was caught last season at the Pt Salubrious end of Cherry Island. post-153429-13974368312131_thumb.jpg

  2. I once caught a pike that was blue in the St Lawrence. Also caught a pike that was black with white eyes. Took it to DEC in Cape Vincent and they said it was black because it went blind (white eyes were the clue) and lost its color due to the fact it was staying towards the surface and not it the weeds.
