Look for all the boats.  Last weekend there was a ton out.  Most were in 90-180' range.  Some way out.

I'm not the most experienced, but I've caught them at any time out there. I usually keep track of when and where we catch them. One day last summer we were out at daybreak and nothing until after 11 am. Then had 4 in the boat by 3pm.

Just found this forum.  Got out a few times last year with some friends and had a great time.  Looking to learn more and catch more fish. Have a small boat, so can't go too far offshore for the time being.  Interested in learning more about time of year and locations where I can catch fish near shore with my boat.
