Check the regs. 3 or 4 of the fingerlakes has bass fishing open in the winter, not that they will hit.

For every bass caught, you catch 5 pikeral using spinnerbaits or buzzbaits. If you know how to clean pikeral, their meat is almost as sweet as perch.

Where is willows point? I know of The infamous Graves Point, Loon Point, and Tompkins Point. I also know of Snug Harbor.
