I fished Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday. Thursday ran to oak and only got 7 so the rest of the stayed in wilson ended up getting limit Friday and Sunday Saturday was short with the weather fished 350 to 400 about 2 miles east of wilson

Well went in at 7 am got on the blood trail found 9 lays where he went down 150 yds later he was there coyotes just got to him a very tiny in a$$

Have shot very few deer with muzzleloader so not sure if it's common to not have a lot of blood or what

So I got a question for anyone I shot a big buck this evening with my new cva optima I mostly hunt rifle in my area and switch it up tonight. I shot the deer at 60 yds it did a decent hop tail between the legs went down in 20 yards got back up I stayed in stand for 45 min right before dark to check I have not a lot of blood but it laid down 3 times in 30 yds I know I didn't jump it and backed out should I just wait till morning or go back late tonight

Fished out of Wilson Friday Saturday and Sunday morning ended up landing 55 to the boat lost about 10 ran all spoons dipsys riggers and lead all caught fish fish seem to be all over in small schools fished from 175 ft to 350 ft got 2 over 20 lbs
