Try Barlows Tackle. They sell UV Blast which is water based Seal Coat clear expoxy made by CS Coatings. I used the non UV version with great results and plan to switch to UV which I already bought.

Great report! Glad the kids had an experience they'll never forget! Those Fenwick fiberglass rods are tough to beat for downrigger fishing! Nice that they're still catching!
