4200 would work but a bit harder to remove. I would just use 100% silicone for that job. whatever you do don't use 5200 as it is more of a permanent application.
Thanks. Yeah the 5200 I know is a permanent thing. I just put in some new auto trim tabs in and had some 4200 still left from that. Thanks for the help. I'll probably get some silicone cause even the 4200 is tough to remove

Clean the bottom good with mineral spirits and stick the bilge with silicone or epoxy . That's what I would do .
Thanks. Never thought about that. I never got around to doing my through hull transducer so I wasn't sure what the thickness of hull. The AP was my 1st priority. If I go with silicone would something like 3m 4200 be ok for that?I appreciate the input

Thanks for the input. I don't think I have an issues with turbulence other than the trim tabs. I was thinking about putting them on a piece of starboard on the starboard side of the boat. With it being my first inboard I was sure if the prop work the same as an outboard as far as the prop wash goes. A kicker motor isn't in the cards this year. A Raymarine AP is this years upgrade

I believe your biggest issue would be steering. Im in the process of having the ev-200 installed. I have to have mine changed from cable to hydraulic. I believe the best one to ask is Yankee Troller. As far as electronic go they are one of the best

I have a 92 Baha 250 fisherman with an inboard. I bought a lowrance elite FS and a Garmin Echomap UHD 93sv to replace the 2 that came with the boat. Do the sonars need to go on the starboard side ? Is on better than the other with either mapping or 2d sonar ? Currently the only thing that is on the back of the boat is a set of trim tabs and a fishhawk on the port side. Thanks

I was looking to stock up on some terminal tackle. I liked the Torpedo swivels I had last year. What size does anyone like running for spoons that don't change the action ? Does everyone use the same size for flasher/flies. Thanks

So I have a new to me boat. It had 2 old fishfinders on it. I just replaced the garmin with a Ecomap 73sv which I use just for mapping. The other is a Lowrance Elite hdi.
Being somewhat on a budget what Lowrance unit would you recommend ?
Would I be able to use the hdi transducer on some of the newer units ? I don't use the Sidescan I had on my Ti on my last boat. I plan on getting a thru-haul transducer after I pull it out after the season
Thanks for any help
