Lots of great ideas , I hope you find your problem! Let us know how you make out.

Could be bad connections from batteries to engine , clean where ground attaches to block and where positive attaches to starter . If after that when it does it check for power or continuity at main breaker in engine compartment. It may possibly get warm and interrupt circuit but not trip .
-
Could be a bad coil getting hot and intermittently sending spark . .
-
Which engine?

Make the turn , out of sandy creek is excellent. Both attitude and the fishing are by far the best I've used .
Call Lucas 585 733 1700.

Put 7 colors on a reel then put backing on to fill it , then wind it on to other reel and it'll be as full as it can get . The last reel is tricky one unless they are line counters then you can just go by numbers from there

OK. I guess if you are having those problems, it would make sense to look for an alternative
Personally, with the success I have had with copper line, I would not give it up.
It's not a matter of having the problems it's just eliminating the possibility of having a kink break with a fish on . It also kinda takes the error factors out when you have inexperienced fishermen on board or at least not used to trolling. Everyone has a preference, or gets stuck on what they've always used. Plus we have out own opinions which is what makes these boards interesting we get all views from people who use products.

Why would you want to replace copper?
No kinks, no knots very easy to untangle a backlash you just pull the line and its no hassle as it comes out.

Stranded in Sodus
This is not a report but I hope is the best way to reach someone. I had a wheel bearing go out this morning and no marinas are open to get a new one. All auto stores do not have any that fit. Does anyone have information on marine stores open Sunday close to sodus bay? I'm 3 hours from home and have no ideas on what else to try.
Find a tractor supply co store , they may have them
