I spoke to my friend that traded me this rod, it is brand new. He snapped the first one and Orvis replaced it, which is why the tube is beat up but the rod is perfect

Tried there 6 or so years ago. All I got was pissed off by the PMed offers I got. Although some information about the rod was good posted by a couple of guys. Rod was put back into the closet and been in there since. Any other ideas?

I took this rod as a trade and I'm looking at it and do not think its ever even had a reel mounted on it, it appears to be brand new! The tube is missing the cap but aside from that its in what I'll call near excellent condition. If you want to get into steelhead, salmon or saltwater fly fishing this is an absolute steal, $200 local hookup. If I need to ship it we could split actual cost

So I'm a complete rookie that just installed some downriggers: do you cruise an area and mark fish and then set the riggers for that depth and troll back through?

Does anyone know if the hole pattern on a Minn Kota quick release mount is the same as the pattern on the actual motor? In other word if I order a QR mount will I need to drill new holes? I emailed them a week ago with no response

Ive got a 16' tiller drive boat that came with an old wooden box with toggle switches for lights/fish finder/bilge that finally fell apart. Im having no trouble finding new toggle switches but theyre all designed to be mounted in a console. Does anyone make a switch box that can be mounted on the transom? Any help or pics would be much appreciated!
