It's not possible to measured the noise level all the time and then you wear an earplugs. If the level cross the normal level of hearing it may be harmful to our ear, ringing in the ear.

The earplug is the key to protect hearing and the also the best way to protect hearing for the shooters and hunters too. How to choose the best earplugs for the hunting and shooting? Any idea or thoughts would greatly appreciated?
