Headed up to Henderson Harbor for Labor Day weekend with my dad. Never been out but hear the bass fishing is great. Looking for any info about the smallmouth and trolling for Lakers and such out a little farther. Boat is set up with downriggers for trolling also. Thanks for anyone that is willing to send me some info! 

What end of the lake are you on? I heard last weekend the north end was getting them.

Thanks. Not really sure. The bases are a little old so maybe one just gave up on one good bump over the hill. Just an excuse to get some new equipment lol. 

Great deal! Went out Saturday morning out of deans. Wind and a chop that made it hard to fish but we found a way to put a couple nice ones in the boat. Lost a cannon downrigger off the boat on the way home. Thinking on one of the roads Over the hill to Lodi. Expensive day on the water.

Hey all. I am looking at getting out in the next couple weeks and trolling for the Trout. I know guys talk about using green flys. Are you using those with dipsy divers? Also, if anyone wants to share how the bite is, I’ll take what I can get lol.

Caught some nice lakers this weekend. Thanks to everyone with the info on where to go and what not. Got my dad a real nice laker and nephew his first!

Awesome catch! I am headed up the weekend of Labor Day weekend. Camping at the state park and taking my nephew out fishing. Any tips on where the trout are would be greatly appreciated!
