I bought downrigger in Jan was 1 yr old to use with Fish Hawk X4. Instead I bought a Fish Hawk X2 that does not require a downrigger.

I never installed downrigger and all other parts are brand new. $500

I have a Garmin 7610xsv and a transom transducer that works great at below 5 mph. I want to spot fish and structure at 10-20 mph. Should I replace the transom transducer with a thru hull or in hull type? I fish in Lake Erie max depth about 130 ft. Thank you for your opinion. Irv

You can call Garmin support at 913-397-8200. I had to find a cord for my 7610 xsv They sent me the cord and also a software update card for free. They are absolutely great to deal with, and they all speak English.
