Got down to my camp in Livingston County Thursday evening until this morning.. Saw a couple shooters Thursday evening, but chose the wrong stand to hunt (isn't that always the case)... More activity over the 2+ days than I expected given the temperatures..
I am shocked at how much Scrape and Rub activity there is for this early in the season.. I never have seen this much so early. The 2 big bucks I saw on Thursday evening stopped at almost every tree along a hedgerow and worked the tree and scraped the ground..
I think things are going to get crazy good once the temps drop for good!!

Fencing?
A bit of an odd ball topic, but....
I know there are a lot of people on this forum from Orleans County area (or travel thru regularly to fish).
I am looking for 8 foot wooden picket fence panels and wondering if there is anyone in the Amish community around Lyndonville that make wooden fencing? when I look online I find some people in Northeast Ohio and figure there must be someone closer than that.
I am in Hamlin, so anywhere in Orleans County or surrounding area would be great.

seems like overall size of the kings in this derby is way below where they have been in recent history... Is quantity impacting the overall size.. just curious on what people think..
