pictures of the interior would be great. it's just too hard to judge a 14,000.00 boat from pictures of the outside only. but it sounds great and the asking price isn't way off base for a boat like yours. what is her top speed at wot and what RPMs,s are you turning at WOT?

Don't have any interior pics at this time. We are waiting for the weather to break before we expose the boat to the elements. Will be happy to provide pics at that time.

All other details,  please give Jason a call  at 585.615.6504

  5. Brian you are the 3 rd great point.....Just having trouble here at work today....tuff getting back to computer to answer currently

Quick comment : The tagging trailer can actually work against us. With so many clipped kings out there and being caught (count the number of king pics on face book with missing adipose fins) VERY few are being returned to collection coolers. I have a DEC collection freezer outside of my own home to collect, I have a very few delivered. THANKS to Rick/Yankee & Jeremy/Jax for their collection efforts at Oak Orchard. So if not many are returning tags ====a higher natural % number occurs. We are trying to use 10 year trends now instead of the Banner 1980-1990 years data. Point is the less years of data looked at the MORE IMPORTANT each data year becomes.

That is correct Jerry, sample size is everything. If you have only a limited number of years and small data set, you won't get an accurate picture of the situation. ~Tricia

    Just my two cents! 😊

  6. In watching this particular thread progress it strikes me just how important this website is to the fishing community and how whether sport fisherman or charters or American or Canadian we are all in this together and all have a very big stake in these issues both short and long term. The expression of varied opinions and perspectives and willingness to share them is also vital to the process and we are all benefiting from this discussion in understanding  this complex problem. I would hope that the DEC and Canadian counterpart are exposed to this information and set of opinions as well and that it somehow helps shape their thinking and actions in the end through concerted group pressure. We all need to remain vigilant and informed and I for one appreciate the sharing of information that is taking place here.

The DEC do look at these posts and use them to get a feel for what the fishing community is concerned about.

  7. Would like to thank all of you for your well wishes, thoughts, prayers and support ! Tricia and I are so touched by the outpouring of support that we have received. Can't thank you enough! Just wanted you all to know that I am home now and doing well and getting better every day. Look forward to seeing you all on the water soon! Here is to a great fishing season ahead! 😊

  8. I've got a 16ft aluminum boat with a 40hp on it. Just looking to use one trolling bag. What size would you guys suggest? Looking at the Amish bags. What type would you guys go with the regular or the heavy duty ones? Thanks!

I would suggest a small bag on each side. .. probably 20" bags will do.

I will PM you with pricing.

  9. Hi All,

There are great differences in the bags.. .regardless if they are called drift socks or trolling bags.

I guess I will put my own plug here...

My bags are heavily reinforced to give them extra strength.  I use UV Marine heavy canvas and webbing.

I can post a picture later.. don't have one where I am logged in right now.

I have made these for other captains and they have been very happy with their performance.  They open easily and really hold up to the heavy use that we put them through.

You can give me a call at 585.615.6504 if you are interested.

Can't wait to get back on the water!

    Tight Lines -

    Tricia
