Gas Prices are down and I have one too many boats!

I do the same except I have a fuse block, one on the transom that has 6 connections and one under the dash with 10 connections! The fuses are the new style spade push ins that are easy to change and easy to see if they are blown! I ran 10 gauge wire with an inline fuse (30 amp, extra protection) to the dash and 10 gauge wire (50 amp fuse) to the transom. Its neater and cleaner, also not as many battery connections. both are easily accessable because its usually dark or extremely rough when one blows and dont want to be fumbling around looking for them! Hope this helps

If this money would enhance or at least keep things at the levels they are now I am not against it! I know its just another way to get in our pockets but if thats what it takes to keep our fishery going im all for it! We have an excellent fishery here and need to preserve it, so dig in the couch and find some loose change!

What you guys havent touched on is the money they spent to buy the portly angler for conservation officer training facilities! WTF is that all about? Sandy pond resorts is very nice! the docks are excellent and very quiet, the only downfall is the bathrooms are community, not one in each cabin! Although they are very clean and well kept!

Wigwam is same way not a bath in each room! and all the rooms are on the second floor!

Not sure what Green Point has, but sure theyre a little rough!

Not many choices around the pond, but of all I know SPR is your best bet

Hey guys, were all out there for the same reason, but remember that were out there tryin to make a living!!! Sometimes we find that a troll in different direction works much better and it may not be the typical east west or north south that is typical for different areas!!! ALSO PLEASE DONT CUT BEHIND PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! We waved off several boats that came out of nowhere and wanted to cut behind us at 400 feet! WERE RINNING COPPER AT 600 FEET!!!!!!! Please be considerate and dont cut behind other boats. Watch what were doin for direction, it may help improve your catch too!!!

Fished the shippin lanes today and worked hard for them, but they are there!!! lots of brite fish and good size, healthy screamers! came on e chips in green glow and white glow with hammer flies and also on spoons in greens and black/green glow! Anyone else starting to see fleas, they were bad up there today!

No Snubbers!!! I run 40 lb floro leaders when runnin flasher/fly combos and 25 lb floro with spoons and have zero break offs! When we first started runnin wire we ran snubbers and lost a lot of fish due to bad hook ups! Too much stretch for a good hook set! got rid of the snubbers and started nettin those big nastys!!!
