You are funny Doozer that E does a great good towing my boat. Yeah does look like a toaster but it is the best fishing truck in my opinion, at least it is not a VW bug, now that is a toaster. THunter the mud is from driving around the native Res when I was chasing steelies on the Catt the day before. I saw plenty of steelies but I could not get them to bite. Maybe next time. BTW you are right the Woodville launch is a gem compared to Hemlock launch. Tom

Two lakers both about 6lbs, trolled 77 feet over 90. That was about it slow day for eveything else.... at least the Bills won on Sunday. Tom

Doozer- I'll be out on Hemlock on friday. Yeah, those weeds are not too much fun. I am not sure what is worst the surface weeds or the inconsiderate Yakers. Tom

Hemlock Labor Day Weekend....SUCKED! I threw the kitchen sink and then some only to be skunked. Lots of surface weeds, idiots who have no clue how to launch or load a boat, and yakers that just paddle right in front of me. To boot the fish are lock jawed, I only boat a 4lb smallies and that was it.I fished sat 5am to 430om, sunday 12 to 9pm and monday 4 to 9pm.... it was a great weekend for some fisihing I'll be back at it on Friday evening. Maybe the fish will be hungry then. Tom

Doozer- You lucky dog! Great job! I have been fishing Hemlock a lot over the past weekends and I have been only catching Smallies. For me the lakers have shut right down.... Maybe I can turn it around this weekend. Nice report.

The Hemlock slow down is in full affect. Not much happening, Today I boated a 12 carp while jigging crayfish in hopes of some perch. I trolled plenty of hours at differnet depths and I thru the kitchen sink at them but no lakers. I ended the day with a 4lb smallie and that is it. UGGG! I will hit it hard later in the week and give you a report. Tom
