Try any pier, or rock jetty, especially those near tributaries. Cast spoons(little cleos), spinners, try egg sacs, any of your classic baits will give you a shot. Look for changes in water color and try along that line where the color changes. Be careful as the water is cold, and any wet surface will be slick.

I was using another forum but could not take the whining and fussing, so here I am....I'm a Jailor here in Rochester, I mostly fish inland streams for Trout, and occasionally hit the Ontario tribs for steelhead, browns etc. I have a small boat which is unamed at this point. I also enjoy chasing bass and pike in the fingerlakes. I do alot of camping and fishing with my family also.
