Went forever with no action until we got west of point breeze then everything started working. Green dolphin, 42nd spoon, green Slasher with green fly, steeliecane spoon, meat rig with big Al flasher. Fish were all between 50 and 35 fow. 29 to 31 line for us. This morning we set down in 100 fow,not wanting to run out deep in those waves in a 19 foot boat. After only 2 juveniles and 2 hours we decided to run out despite taking a beating on the way. Made it to the 27 line and trolled with the waves picking up a couple steelhead and losing a couple. Hits today came on 42nd spoon and lemon ice spoon. Picked up 19 lb king on high diver out 200 with Kevorkian spoon. The Kevorkian would get a few more fish until the sun came out. Then it was all about the dolphin brothers, green blue and caramel. Most of our fish came on braid diver out 300. 10 color lead core and rigger down 55 to 65. Best fish were 19 and 18 lb king and 9 and 11 lb steelhead. No majors. [ Post made via Android ]

Picked up a fish about every 20 minutes. Death. Wish SD with nuclear pink glow fly on wire out 230. 42nd spoon on rigger down 80 were hottest setups. Fish were 10 to 16 pounds. Love this port.
