The swivel bases did not come with the downriggers when I purchased them (although now I see they include them with the Uni-trolls). Base plates are on the riggers .I originally paid $250.00 ea. for the downriggers,and another $200.00 for the swivel bases, a total of  $700.00 new. For sale Cannon S-N-T probe for downrigger. Head unit ,power cable ,coated rigger cable ,probe , spare antenna for rigger boom , original box & manual. Probe gives -down speed ,down temp. , depth of probe with blowback , probe battery condition(9v) , Light percentage at depth. Unit works perfectly. Upgraded to newer Cannon probe is only reason for selling. Asking $250.00 for complete setup.
