  3. Fished the northend of the lake. 15fow-25fow. Used minnows, spike, waxworms. Saw perch all mourning long. They would come up to the bait look at it then swim away. You jig alittle they come right back look at then swim away. This happend with all baits. Gotta love those cameras.now I can watch the fish not bite. Saw afew bass as well as walleye that where not playing as well. Could someone tell me why the fishing seems real slow lately. Everywhere

  5. Just might have been some of the toughest ice fishing i've done this season. Fished the south end of the lake. Now I've never have fished this lake before so wasn't sure where to even start. So we just followed shanty tracks that where there. We fished anywhere from 10fow to 20-25 fow . I was very surprised how quick it droped from that 25fow to much deeper water in just a few feet. Anyways didn't catch any fish saw alot nice bass on the camera but wanted nothing to do with my bait. Will fish this lake again with a bit different approach. Overall what a wonderful majestic lake to fish.

  8. Fished southend 10-12 fow. Couldn't get anything going.a couple bites here and there. Watched the fish on camera come up to the jig bite then spit it out.even when I would set the hook really lite couldnt get a hook set. At first when I try to have a hard hook set I just pulled the jig right out of the fish mouth. Used oak leaf worms, waxworms, Niagaras, and they only hit the dyed red spikes. Sometimes your the dog , sometimes your the hydrant.

Moved into 7-8 feet of water picked up a nice bluegill. Then nothing. Moved back out to 10-12 nothing. Moved over to the eastshore same depth. Nothing again. Guess the fish jus didnt want to play. Guess I should've been there yesterday. Ha. Poor day of fishing still better then working.
