I'm looking to charter a boat with some friends for a day trip in July or August, and would appreciate any guidance on the following: - Which part of July or August would be the best time to reserve (for the best salmon fishing conditions)? - What would be the best locations to charter a boat from, if we are travelling from the Syracuse area? - What to look for when choosing a charter?
