Andrew: It is quite easy I have removed and replaced my manifold in the past. If you go to Sears and buy a 9/16 open end box wrench the box side will just make it in the space available. Note the 5th bolt back from the front (fan end) you will need to remove from the bottom. In order to do this remove the neg battery cable the remove the solnoid block. To remove the block ther are two 7/16 screws facing up into the manifold which need to be removed and on lock nut at the base of the block which also needs to be removed. Good Luck. Bob
