I was May 8th, got two lakera one 18" the other 23". I trolled one copper line which I caught both Lakers on and two mono lines with stickbaits, that did nothing. I did pull the lines after 5 hours and tried jogging for one hour, nothing.

Did the DEC follow thru with ciscoe stocking on Kueka lake this fall? I read that landlocked salmon would not be stocked in favor of the baitfish stocking.

Ive been studying the regulation book of fish ID. I think you guys are right. I guess that proves I need more practice, guess I'll try again maybe Friday. Here's another pic of the same fish with my friend Dave holding them.

Sorry, I am not in the cooperator program. The other two fish are Rainbows. We caught the lakers on copper line and the rainbows on a shadrap on mono.

My friend Dave and I were up the last tuesday of February. We caught 3 lakers, they all had sawbellies in their stomachs. I didnt see any with sawbellies in 2016 and 17.

I was up 2 weeks ago. Bright sunny afternoon. Kinda slow, caught two lakers, one landlock, one rainbow. Fish were between 17 and 23 inches.

I was up last week. We tried live shiners and all colors on 1 oz jigheads. Nothing the next day we ran sideplaners and lakers hit all colors and sizes and depths.

I took two friends on Kueka june29. We were on the water by 6AM trolled and jigged until 2PM. Not a hit. Marked tons of fish between 20 and 70 feet. Water temp was 73°.

I've got a 17 deep v tracker and have a entry level big jon downrigger. I have a 8 pound ball and when its down a 100 ft. its behind the boat a ways. I would take the guys advice above and get a 10# weight.

I have a bass tracker deep V17. I've towed it up twice and couldn't fish the lake either time. But it was nice fishing in Fair Haven bay. Just didn't catch any browns. Perch, bullhead and rack bass were the fish of the day.
