  1. Angling addict: Yes I've thought of that. But the boat I built has quite a bit of rocker, so the frame has to be wide enough so that the boat bottom (at it's lowest and widest point) can sit between it. Don't want the boat way up above the frame, it would make floating it off the trailer at a launch difficult. I've checked into buy new to retrofit, but having to buy a wider trailer, which would normally be for a heavier boat, adds to the cost and then I still have to retrofit. The boat has a HMW skid shoe on bottom. Thanks for your advise.
  2. Motoman Thanks for the post. Looking for trailer that is actually built to fit the rocker of a drift boat bottom. If you set a drift boat on those trailers it would rock like a rocking horse. Drift boat trailers have bunks or a long roller (4 feet) that run perpendicular to trailer frame length. Thanks though, appreciate the thought.
  3. Looking for a drift boat trailer. Must be in decent shape. Need Urgently. Built my own boat and am finding it impossible to find trailer for this type of boat on east cost. please respond to post, will be watching.
