  1. Lake was flat, but it was hot....weather wise!

    Fished East for 2 hours.

One coho about 8 lbs. and one dink King

Cleaned the boat and put it on the trailer for tomorrow mornings tow home (6 1/2 - 7 hours)

Overall outstanding trip, best ever for me in the last 15 years on the West end.

Met DammitDave and his Buddy Dave, real nice people and great fishermen.

Yes, I know many people say June is slow, but I have always come West in June and had great fishing.....probably only had two slow years.

    Best of luck to everyone.

  2. Fished from 4:45 till 7:30

Headed East of Olcott fished in 90-175 FOW

We had doubles twice and landed 6 Kings in the first 45 minutes.

    Riggers fired at 52, 65 and 81

Water is warming, flees are starting

Nice fish, 6 - 12 lbs. nothing big tonight.

One nice steelhead around 8 lbs.

Went 10 for 11, green and silver stingers.

Another beautiful day on Lake Ontario

  3. Same story, incredible fishing!!

We did 7 big Kings today, 15 - 22 lbs.

    Fished East of Olcott

    135 - 215 FOW, 51 - 61 down on the riggers

Black and glow moonshine spoons worked best.

Took two teenagers on the 250 copper today, mag dreamweaver and green stinger

Get out and fish, if you do not have a boat book a charter in Olcott

  4. Fished with four guys today

Looked in skinny water but did not mark fish like yesterday

Worked out to 200 FOW, game on!

    Went 19 for 31.

Kings mainly with a couple of Cohos.

Short hits today on the copper, probably small fish

    Biggest today was 18 lbs.

Great action for 2 hours, 6 am - 8 am

Picked at them until 11 , and called it a morning.

    It’s all good!!

  5.

Fished West of Olcott today in 90 - 190

We marked fish in everywhere today.

    Went 26 for 33

Had a few rigger releases, but dropped the fish minutes later.

5 big Kings today 17 lbs to 25 lbs., all released except for one as fought to its death.

A couple of cohos today as well.

Stingers green and gray did the damage.

Early in the morning caught a few on black and glow moonshine.

    200 coppers, riggers set 47 - 70

Doesn’t get any better than this!

  6. My dad and I left Arneys Sunday morning about 615 headed out of the channel set up in 70fow and worked north 85 to 125 was the best for us. We had the best day we have ever had, we went 13 for 19. All 4 year old except for 2 Jack's. Biggest was 25# smallest was 13# (besides 2 Jack's). Chinook divers(which a big guy broke our wire and took it along with our spoon* always have a spare!) with mag NKs took the majority of them SD/fly caught a few. We had the best luck running any type of spoon with black dots on them. With riggers we dropped back far up to 50 to 70ft at times just to get hit hits on them, that's where we lost most of our fish to much slack line. We called it an arm sore day about 1 and headed back in. Was a day for us to remember

    Outstanding day.

    Absolutely a day to remember

    Thanks for the report

  7. Took my youngest and dad out of Sandy today. Only had 2 rods in the water when 1st fish hit the dipsey. Boated that king and while I was letting that rod slowly creep back to 210 it fires again. So 2 kings and still only 2 rods in water. Eventually got all 6 rods set. We went 4 for 5 and my son got to fight 3 and my dad 2. Worked 100’ early and eventually out to 240’ then called it quits before the rain came. This was my son’s 1st trip and is now hooked. 4 fish on wire set at 210 Dipsey/SD/fly and 1 on Spoon of rigger. No down temp or speed. Headed west from Sandy.
