its been about 6 weeks and have no reply so i will list this for sell.

I have a MOTORGUIDE Xi5 60 inch shaft 80 lbs thrust/ 24 volt. Also has a BOW MOUNT LIFT for adjusting the height of the motor. this is not remote stow and deploy. just for adjusting the height after the motor has been deployed. Pinpoint GPS, remote with lanyard, wireless foot control, trolling motor plug / fuse, and switch and wiring for the BOW MOUNT LIFT. Actually come to the computer to list this for sale and seen your post. offering this for 1500.00 dollars. My boat has a closed bow. I got tired of climbing over the windshield to deploy and stow the motor. Bought a MINN-KOTA ULTERRA. Lot safer for me, at 68, to push a button. let me know. thanks

I acquired these when I purchased my present boat 13 years ago. I reckon I will never use them since I have never used them. They are located at my camp in Franklinville. Will be glad to help a protector of this country. Maybe we could meet in Hornell. You can have them with no charge. You can text or call me, and we can make plans for you to get them.

After 50 years, as of today I am retired. More fishing, hunting, and trapping. Maybe get the hang of catching those salmon (only caught 2). Wonder if I should tell the wife?

great job.

You can catch bait at the foot of Ontario street and legally use them in Dunkirk as long as you travel within the corridor boundary.
-
You in New York State, cannot transport or use bait fish anywhere unless they are certified VHS free and you hold a 7 day receipt for them. Locally caught bait fish can be used in the same waters they originated but not transported in a motor vehicle....
This is not entirely true. A few years ago the DEC came up with "overland transportation corridors". Three in fact. "Personally collected baitfish taken from a body of water within an overland transportation corridor may be transported within that corridor". NO receipt required. See baitfish regs for maps of the corridors.

Each boat is paired with another boat and observers are exchanged. They watch to make sure the boat they are on is following the rules. It is also a great opportunity for someone to learn how to fish Lake Ontario.
sounds like a good deal. 100 bucks, dinner and first hand experience. may give it a try. thanks YT.

What does an observer observe? What would be the responsibilities?
-
I also do this with worm harnesses. I use upholstery tacks, the ones with the big heads, instead of tooth-picks.
-
I think You could keep some pike to eat (besides the walleye) as there are not that many (as a whole) that target pike much less eat them. good luck.

good going
