    Thanks for the reply. I may give it a try anyway. Is there anywhere else you can fish off a river bank that is not off limits because of provincial or local restrictions?

    Oct. 10/10 Are they still catching fish off both piers at Bronte(Oakville, Ontario)? What is the best bait? What kind of lures are working well? I'm just get back into fishing after a bit of an abscence. I don't have a boat-just want to fish off a pier or river bank to ease back into it.
