  1. Good Day fellas! My name is Enoch and I'm here to introduce my addiction to fishing and the great sport of jigging. I am a transplant to Toronto and have minimal experience on the big lake however have fished the normal haunts of the Oswego and Pulaski, New York waters. I look forward to meeting you all and most importantly fishing with you all. I have been running/writing an online blog called 215fishspot. The host domain is at blogspot.com since 2009 and although it has started as just a hobby to keep better track of my catches and supplement my fishing diary it has grown to be a pretty comprehensive resource for anglers that fish the NorthEastern waters of USA. Over the years I've fished from New Hampshire to Puerto Rico and Hawaii to Alaska on charters, headboats, private boats, skiffs, and kayaks from the beach to 120 miles offshore. http://215fishspot.blogspot.com Most recently I've been on a mission to discover what Lake Ontario (plus the other Great Lakes) has to offer and introduce myself to the jigging experience. So far I've received positive and helpful information on which species and areas to target. My first will be brown trout from shore as I hear they come in close in shallow water and we can "pop" or "plug" or "cast" for them. When end of April and May come around I'd like to jig the Niagara Bar region with jigging rods and Japanese style jigs. One other thing I love to do is collect and fish old topwater action fenwick, and heddon rods with 1970's era Abu Ambassadeur reels. This is my fond memory of the first fish I caught, a largemouth bass. I also love the inshore fishery and love targeting walleyes. I look forward to fishing and talking fishing with you all. Most of all, learn from you guys as well. Enoch
