  1. Great report Mike! Was cool to read what you did out there. It was tight and we would have paid out more places if we had any idea how many people would sign up. You guys are always welcome to weigh in at the club as my guests and if you ever feel like doing a tournament together there give me a shout!

  2. I've been guiding on mostly Cayuga for only 5 yrs now and I can see the quality of fish decline significantly each year.. I'm not sure what the answer is but there is a lot of factors that could contribute. No problem going out and catching a bunch of fish day in and day out, but especially last year, Seneca fish seemed so much bigger. Maybe its just me

  3. Justtracy - yeah we do just about every lake in the state.. Just marked Otisco a couple years ago. I have a couple guidelines to adhere to but I'd be happy to try and help you out with anything to make it better for you guys out there.

  4. Yep. My home port. The launch was supposed to never be a pay to get in park. It was donated to be a free launch until the state took it over. Now you pay 7 bucks 7 days a week to launch on a dock missing a couple posts. Ridiculous..

  6. Hop - I know some fisherman around my area ( I live in Ovid), that are your age, that say your the best rig fisherman around. You constantly catch monster trout and my hats off to you! I hope I see you in the top spots next year..

  7. Thanks Nick! It's people like pokepole who make enemies on the water for no reason.. He is obviously a cry baby. John, Tom, and I have the utmost respect for fellow fisherman who put their time in and share the same love for fishing. If anyone else we knew won it, we would be pumped that someone who fishes just as much as we do that's also a local took it home this year!

  8. We've been pounding the Lakers out of deans cove the last couple weeks. Had a charter today with a guy and his 6 year old son who reeled just about every one in! Had about 20 hook ups on Lakers before 9:00 and found a couple nice rainbows suspended in 80'. 2 riggers and 2 cores did all the work today. 35 to 50 f.o.w.
