Strong work guys! Headed up to Wilson this evening for the next 3 days. Thanks for the report man if you can throw any numbers out it would be much appreciated
We actually did really well today. Did around 12 for 15. Biggest 12.08.lb 300 to 450 fow. 44 degrees 75 down. Most action was between 60 and 80 down over 375. Carbon 14 28nk did damage. SD green dot and atomic hammer fly took couple. Salmon slam lure took a 12lber.

Thank you sir, it's calm enough to have auto pilot engaged. Small swells sucking me back occasionally. So far so good nice steady Cruz 21 miles an hour. It's really hard to cover this much water without dropping a line. Lol

We're good for Sunday. Will any of the vets be able to join us if it's moved to Sunday?
I've contacted my vet, he's good. But I'M pretty sure we will lose a few. Including Captains. Either way I'm sure it will be a great turn out.

I have to drive my boat from Rochester port to Hughes marine. Either way I have to do it tomorrow. Last year I drove that trip in 4 to 6 footers. Don't feel like doing that again. Sunday is fine with me if that's all we got. Hope all can still make it. I would postpone everything if we can. Sunday is looking like a beautiful day.

soooo.... looks like mother nature may not cooperate with BFF this year.... I will let everyone know tomorrow, Thursday 7/27/2017, by 5PM if BFF will be moved to Saturday in conjunction with the Salmon Slam. I will post the update on this thread as well as the Salmon Slam Facebook page.

Yes, if you have stayed in touch with your Veteran and know he or she is coming again, we can pair you up. I don't get a list of names ahead of time, so I can't tell you if they are coming. 29 of our 39 Veterans will be at the Friday night dinner and I usually try to make my way around to talk to each one and see if they have gotten to know a captain either from the dinner or previous years to pair them up.
While we try to do our best to meet everyones wishes, we dont guarantee any pairing...
Sounds good enough. See everyone in a few days. Will be praying for calm weather.

I still believe they are deep, a couple inside at 200. But yesterday was on fir at 550. 2 matures and a lot of teens.

Hard to really say. It set back up very quickly if it did. There is marks and cold water in close. Just no takers.
