Got a late start this morning about 8:30. Went South out of Union Springs to Aurora Cliffs and set up in 110 FOW and trolled South. Just my son and I. we ran two dipsy with F/F one out 180' and one out 240 and one rigger parked at 65' and one at 55'. We ended up with three lakers on the rigger at 65' green/ chartreuse spoon and one on each dipsy. All the Lakers were between 5 and 7 lbs no big boys. by 10 :15 we picked up and headed North. A great couple hours with my son on a beautiful day.

Yes,I keep my boat in Frontenac harbor and fish down near Aurora quite often (About a 20 minute cruise for me) and we do well on Lakers and even get a nice Brown or Landlock once in a while. This morning the Lakers were hitting on fluorescent green chartreuse spoons at 65 ft in 110 feet of water and on F/F mag Dipsy (same colors) set ups out 180 Good Luck If you are launching your boat I would suggest going an extra 10 minutes south to Long Point State Park. Great Facility and you are really close to deep water and good fishing. Good Luck
