==================Hi everyone,should have done this earlier,A little about me, I am 50,self employed contractor,married for 22 years,two step sons,lost one in a car accident when he was 14,and two grand children,I have been fishing since 5?mostly a bass fisherman because it was close to me growing up,but have a bigger boat now and want to fish the lake,I love deer,bow,gun and turkey hunting,Camping and anything outside and of coarse my wife,Who also likes to fish,but not really into lake fishing unless it's nice to lay in the sun,started fishing the lake this spring seriously,have had some luck and still learning from everyone,reading the post and getting all the info I can learn,would like to catch Salmon but think I need to get out deeper and spend the whole day on the lake,as I have a lot to do around the house so only been fishing 1/2 day when I get out,so hello and see you on the lake! thanks Giz

marked a lot of fish,tried different colors,spoons,sticks,slow going could not get the bite,but great day on the lake weather and company wise,one brown 6 lbs,lot of boats out further and in front of the plant, Any reports?

Hit one right of before I got the other rigger set,thought it was going to be a great day,never hit another for 2 hours?lost one by the boat and missed a couple of hits,marked an unbelievable amount of fish,but could not get them to bit,tried all different color combinations spoons and sticks,still had fun and good to get out with some friends.

Tough waters this am,took a 12 year old who lost his father last year at the snowmobile races in Boonvlle for the first time to the lake,he got to catch his first lake brown then got sick,and we had to go in, as I was not feeling much better myself,but was good to get him out and see his smile when he reeled in the fish,he felt better after he got sick but still a short morning,hope to get him out again with calmer waters.
