Got out for one hour this afternoon with my wife, three year old son, and one year old daughter... Had a blast for such a brief trip. Calm seas, happy kids and wife; life is good. Even hooked one steelie to make the have your cake and eat it too afternoon...

Finally got my "new to me" old boat out for a successful shakedown run this weekend after many hours of labor whippin her into shape... Boated two nice Kings 19 and 22 lbs respectively. One came on a warrior uv green spoon off dipsy 200' back over 115 ft of water. Second guy tripped the 60'  rigger before the first buck hit the boat giving us our first double header! It was a great first time out this year with the exception of my pathetic docking skills using a single screw inboard in a strong east wind lol. Many thanks must go out to the Capt. of Tall Tails who gave me a huge hand getting into my slip without crashing!!! Nice neighbors are important to have, and being part of the fishing community in this area is such a rewarding experience....

For sale: All aluminum COMPLETELY RIGGED upper station for mounting on a hardtop boat. Came off of my 270 Cherokee, but will fit any hardtop boat that has a dimension of at least 6' 6" wide and 7'6" deep. This is a tuna tower that was cut and has base plates welded on. The entire setup is SUPER light weight (not traditional huge heavy flybridge), can easily be lifted by two men. Has everything included below:

-Three year old Sea Star Hydraulic steering, stainless wheel, and hydraulic hoses (over $600 new)

Off topic Capt Vince- but its funny u should say that about your hookup percentage... I borrowed your boy Nick today and my hookup percentage went from 95% on wednesday to 30% sunday. What are you teaching him?!? LOL...
