So much for us guys who want to feed the family. I will shot does anytime if one comes by. But telling someone that they can only only shot does for two weeks just to appease the horn hunters is just nuts

I have a 1970 Johnson 40 hp the starter switch worked last fall when I got the boat. but when I went to try it this year in would not engage the started not even a click but when you arc across the solenoid it engages. I was thinking of having a toggle switch to turn the juice on and a push button to start it, but not sure how to wire it up any help would be good. you can post it here or send me a pm. thanks kevin

I have found also the fuel pump diapham might be bad. the ethanal gas makes them stiff and they don't want to pump the gas to the carbs

same with us fished Saturday and stayed in the west branch fished from the park south and turned and went north on the west side in 130fow and only picked up 3 and lost 2 before we could see what size they were. we caught 2 trolling stainless and two on downriggers at 115fow. hope it picks up soon before all the weekenders come to the cottages.

we got on the water a 8 am at branchport. headed ou to 150 and started to mark fish on bottom. set the lines down and no sooner got it set had one on it was pretty much none stop heading south for about 2 hours. we were using stainless wire with a silver spoon hooked around thirty five boat 30 and kept 15 3 man limit. also caught 4 on riggers down 140 with spoon and shad rap. the trout were full of bait.
